CBN is called cannabinol, and is known as the most sedating cannabinoid, it is heavy on the sedation feeling, and becomes stronger when paired with other molecules such as THC. CBN comes from a cannabis plant that has been oxygenated and decomposed, leaving it free from THC. If one can get over how CBN is created, the effects make this the most sedative cannabinoid, especially if paired with other cannabinoids, such as CBD.
Benefits from CBN include, but are not limited to a better sleep cycle, promoting an even deeper level of homeostasis and relaxation. CBN has been used to aid in the treatment of seizures, inflammatory response diseases and even act as a neuroprotectant for patients who have neurological misfiring, such as MS, and seizures.
This molecule has been found most effective when paired with other cannabinoids., such as a tincture that has both CBN CBD, or CBG+CBD for more powerful results.
As with anything you put in your body, it is good to drink a lot of water, try to take 30 minutes before a meal, and or 30 minutes before bed. There are a few side effects to watch out for including tiredness; more than your usual, bowl issues, change in weight and appetite. It is also important to drink a lot of water and recommended that you take your CBD 30 minutes before a meal, or sleep.
